The draining plan design consists of identifying the rim/grate elevations, invert elevations, storm manholes, flared outlet structures, permanent erosion protection and additional stabilization measures as necessary.

BASH was created in 2016 by Owners Dennis Blane Argo JR and Scott Hapner, after working in conjunction with Argo and Sons LLC. The two took the 30+ years of expertise in Paving and Grading to another level after Argo and Sons LLC went into retirement with adding Underground Utility Work to their portfolio. The company is focused on detail oriented Site Specific Work Plans to bring each project the exceptional attention to detail required for site longevity and success.
